Last episode finished up with the white/marble inlay sections completed. That now leaves me with really just the aquilas to paint, plus all the weathering & rusting to finish up. This phase will also include some other little nuances.

Getting relatively close to finishing up the sector boards now - and working on the detailing of some marble/stone sections which add a bit of flair on top of the Warhammer TV guide that the rest of the project has followed. Have quite been looking forward to trying this approach out.

January 2019 I bought a set of the excellent Sector Imperialis boards. They may have sat in a box for the best part of 12 months before making an appearance for painting up. Part 1 gets us through the priming, stonework and roads.

Following on from part 1... the back stretch of building the Study has had some tough bits and a few cut corners. Turns out doing mood lighting at micro scale can be a challenge.

Ok - so this is about as far from 40k as it's likely to get in model building. As a little weekend project during lockdown weeks, we've been building a model kit in dollhouse scale of a study/library.
